WARRANTY POLICY

All tires retreaded and repaired by ALL TIME RETREADERS CORPORATION are warranted to be free from defects in workmanships and materials for the life of the tread. The company however, does not extend the same warranty to customer’s casings.


Retread failures occurring within the first 2/32 inch of tread wear shall be guaranteed a full refund on the price of the retread including repairs, if any. Any failure after the first 2/32 inch of tread wear shall be adjusted on a pro-rated basis if the tire failure is traceable to defect in workmanship and retread material.


Any failure in service on All Time Retreader’s retreaded tires and/or repaired tires due to improper use and maintenance as evidenced by the following conditions are not covered by warranty policy:

1. Wrong application/use of the tire
2. Ply separation either due to under inflation, over inflation overloading
3. Reversal of the under tread rubber compound of the original casing due to over speeding
4. Impact brakes
5. Mechanical irregularities like misalignment, faulty brakes, worn out wheel bearings, defective suspension.
6. Improper matching and spacing of duals
7. Obstructions on the vehicle causing tread shoulder or sidewall injury
8. Objects lodged between duals
9. Running Flat


An adjustment is made if the All Time Retreader’s retread does not meet its expected service life subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty by either issuing credit memo equivalent to the value of The remaining tread less 2/32 of an inch, or by re-working the tire or by changing with another tire of the same size but charging the value of the actual tread used in the adjusted tire.
